Key Responsibilities
📌 Production Execution & Compliance
- Execute production processes as per plan while maintaining targeted yield.
- Ensure manufacturing compliance with cGMP guidelines.
- Complete batch process records online and in real-time.
📌 Quality Control & Regulatory Compliance
- Conduct on-site verification of cleaning processes, equipment, and logs.
- Maintain regulatory compliance by ensuring process facilities meet standards.
- Monitor environmental conditions and update necessary records.
📌 Production Planning & Equipment Management
- Oversee validation activities and ensure compliance with approved protocols.
- Manage tooling and sieve records efficiently.
- Ensure equipment calibration and qualification for seamless operations.
📌 Team Training & Supervision
- Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor their performance.
- Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Provide training to staff for maintaining high operational standards.
