Key Responsibilities
✅ Underwriting & Compliance Management
- Ensure all underwriting processes meet specified guidelines and SLAs.
- Maintain quality standards in file processing and documentation.
- Ensure compliance and integrity within the branch and regional operations.
✅ Service & Operations Efficiency
- Achieve service-related TAT deliverables such as token generation, FTR (First Time Right), and turnaround time (TAT).
- Oversee cash management services at the branch.
- Implement policies and best practices for process improvement.
✅ Data Analysis & Forecasting
- Analyze branch performance data and share insights with the team.
- Plan and forecast manpower requirements to ensure smooth operations.
✅ Team & Vendor Management
- Recruit and manage branch operations staff for optimized service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills Required
